1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any StudyFlix programme, attending classes, or using any StudyFlix service (online or offline), you ("Student" / "Parent" / "Guardian") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between StudyFlix Education Pvt. Ltd. ("StudyFlix", "We", "Us") and you. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling.
2. Enrolment & Eligibility
Students must be currently enrolled in Grade 6–12 or eligible for the specified programme (e.g., JEE/NEET repeater batch).
Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of the full programme fee and submission of required documents.
Each batch has a maximum of 24 students. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment is received.
StudyFlix reserves the right to conduct an entry assessment test before admission to select programmes.
3. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to maintain high academic and personal standards. The following are strictly prohibited:
Disruptive behaviour during classes, tests, or study sessions
Use of mobile phones during class without teacher permission
Bullying, harassment, or abusive behaviour towards peers or faculty
Copying or cheating during tests or assessments
Recording or distributing class content without written consent
Damage to institute property, smart boards, or equipment
4. Fees & Refund Policy

If a student does not show measurable improvement by the end of the programme term (as assessed by StudyFlix), we will offer a free repeat of the programme — subject to satisfactory attendance (minimum 80%) and completion of all assigned tests and homework.
All programme fees are due in full at the time of enrolment unless a specific instalment plan has been agreed in writing.
Refund Policy: Fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of classes. Within the first 7 days, a written refund request may be submitted; 80% of fees will be refunded after deducting administrative costs.
No refund will be issued for absence, self-withdrawal, or misconduct-related dismissal.
Fees are subject to revision each academic year. Existing students will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any change.
5. Attendance Policy
Regular attendance is essential for academic progress. The following rules apply:
Minimum 80% attendance is required to be eligible for the 100% result guarantee.
Parents/guardians must inform the institute in advance for planned absences.
Attendance is tracked daily and reported to parents via the StudyFlix mobile app.
Students with attendance below 60% may be asked to withdraw without a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All study materials, notes, test papers, video lectures, and content produced by StudyFlix are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and are the exclusive property of StudyFlix Education Pvt. Ltd.
Students may use materials solely for personal study. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from enrolment or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in 3 Floor, Opposite Pancham Elite, Khodiyarnagar, New Karelibaugh, Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
